Seven Day Group provides high-quality outreach support services for individuals who wish to remain independent while receiving tailored assistance in their daily lives. Our team works closely with each person to help them build skills, access their community, and achieve meaningful personal goals.

We focus on independence, empowerment, and participation. Our outreach support enables individuals to make choices, develop confidence, and enjoy a safe and fulfilling life at home and within their community.

Daily Living Support: Assistance with cooking, cleaning, personal care, and home management.

Community Access: Support for attending appointments, social activities, recreation, and travel training.

Skill Development: Building independence through budgeting, communication, personal safety, and life skills.

Health & Wellbeing: Support with medication prompts, healthy routines, physical activity, and emotional wellbeing.

Autism & Learning Disability Support: Structured, personalised approaches that encourage communication, routine, and independence.
